NYSLA Adopts Reforms Following the 2015 New York Beer, Wine, Spirits and Cider Summit

Eight days after the 2015 New York Beer, Wine, Spirits and Cider Summit, Governor Cuomo announced a series of reforms adopted by NYSLA to ease burdens on producers and retailers and spur further growth in the sector.
