CrushCounsel.com collects the following PII:

  • Email address - When you subscribe to a blog comment thread or submit a message through the contact form

How CrushCounsel.com uses your information

CrushCounsel.com uses the PII collected from you when you complete the contact form to respond to your inquiry. When you subscribe to a blog comment thread, your email address is used to update you when new comments are published.

How CrushCounsel.com protects your information

CrushCounsel.com takes your privacy seriously and does not share your PII with third parties. Note, however, that any PII that you share as a blog comment will be visible to the public. CrushCounsel.com is hosted by and managed using Squarespace, which does not support SSL certificates for non-commerce interactions. For this reason, users should not submit confidential or sensitive information via the contact form.  Data from the contact form, however, are not stored, used, or sold by Squarespace. They are sent directly to the site owner as an email and nowhere else. Remember that sharing PII over the Internet always carries a risk.

Opting Out/Unsubscribing

In accordance with the CANSPAM Act, CrushCounsel.com will honor opt-out/unsubscribe requests promptly. You can opt out of/unsubscribe from future emails or change your PII by emailing tracie @ crush counsel . com.
